Time goes by
Each moment harder than the last
Still reminiscing about the past
I try not to cry
I try not to fall
I try to hide myself from the rest of the world

I’m running out of sight
So no one can see me cry
Trying to escape my plight
No one can know the truth

As I look into the mirror
All I see is those tears welling up in my eyes
The end to my sadness would never come nearer
Surrounded by rumours & lies
I’ve been sensitive from the beginning
They say I’ve never been strong enough to stop grieving

Hide from the others
Or else I’ll be the one who suffers
They’ll never know what makes me cry
They’re all against me, wanting to ruin my life
No matter how much I try to make friends
I’m always left alone in the end
I’m used to it now
Because I know what loneliness feels like

I don’t know what to do or what I can do
My mind is clouded with thoughts
And my eyes are filled with tears

As I glance back in the mirror
Overthinking this whole situation
I’m cursed with bad things always happening to me
Surrounded by my enemies
Wanting to watch me suffer
Now here I am, standing alone
I am the only one here, drowning in sorrow
One teardrop falls from my eyes, many more come to follow
