cancellation and refund policy
Unless otherwise specified for a specific course or program, the cancellation policy is as follows.
AWCS reserves the right to cancel any course, workshop or program if sufficient enrollment is not met within 3-5 days of the class starting. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or instructor cancellation, the participant will have the option of receiving a full refund, credits or a transfer to another class.
Participants may withdraw from a class up to one week (7 calendar days) prior to class/event start and receive a refund minus 10% admin fee or a full credit to be used at a later date.
No refunds will be given for a class that has already started or completed.
For Members Only:
For weekly classes, if a member starts a class and doesn't feel like it is a good fit, they must notify us before the second class to receive a 50% credit to be used towards future classes. No refunds.
About Credits
An AWCS credit can be applied to any course, workshop, event, service, membership, and merchandise. If a credit is not used within 2 years of date of issue, it will be transferred into a donation and a donation receipt will be issued.
