The Alexandra Writers at Analog is by writers, for writers. It’s a place to share ideas, talk about craft, write collaboratively or alone. All genres are welcome. Hosted by the Alexandra Writers Centre Society (AWCS) and Analog Books, our focus is on supporting each other with our fledgling story ideas and works-in-progress. Think constructive critiquing with the goal of helping each other write at our best. Each meet up is an opportunity to talk about the different aspects of writing, meet other writers, and create lasting literary connections. Expect a gamut of discussions from world-building and character arcs to the highs and lows of the writer’s life. Sometimes we write. Sometimes we chat. Whatever writerly things we do, it’ll always be a good time.
This is a free in-person writing group held at the Analog Books in Lethbridge, AB.
AWCS membership is encouraged but not mandatory.
