The winner will receive 50% of the submission fees.
The submission fee is $5 per entry.
Watch for the prompt in a special newsletter out on the first of the month.

Important dates:
- 1st of the month - AWCS will release the next prompt via newsletter* on this day. Calls for submission may be for flash fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction and more.
- 10th of the month - The submission deadline ten days later at 11:59pm MT. Your work must include the prompt in some way.
- Last Friday of the month - The winning entry will be published in our monthly newsletter Member Connections. It will also have a permanent home in our website, linked in the Many Voices page.
