From shy kids who love nothing more than curling up with a notebook and creating imaginative worlds, to active teens ready for the stage or a sword fight, we have a summer program for every kind of young writer and creative. Small groups, experienced instructors, and a community that gets it. Payment plans available on all programs.
Fringe Lightning Theatre Camp 2026
July 27 - August 1, 2026 (6 days) | 9 AM - 4 PM | In-person
Ages 12–16 | cSpace, Marda Loop & Festival Hall in Inglewood From $355 youth members / $385 non-members Your kid writes, rehearses, and performs a real play on the Calgary Fringe stage. In one week.
Collaborative Writing Camp
July 20 - 24, 2026 | 9 AM - 4 PM | In-Person
Grades 7-12 | cSpace, Marda Loop (AWCS, Gotham Classroom) From $355 youth members / $385 non-members A small group of young writers spend a week writing a book together, and then publish it on Amazon.
D&D Adventure Camp - July
July 13 - 17, 2026 | 9 AM - 4 PM | In-person
Grades 7-12 | cSpace, Marda Loop (AWCS, Gotham Classroom) From $355 youth members | $385 non-members A full week of Dungeons and Dragons. Build your character, run a campaign, make some friends.

Dungeons and Dragons Gaming Club - July

Grades 6–12 | cSpace, Marda Loop (AWCS, Gotham Classroom) From $95 youth members / $110 non-members Four Tuesday evenings of D&D run by people who love the game.
