Discover creative writing techniques designed to heal and process emotions. It’s more than just journaling—it's structured, guided, and supported by a group of fellow writers. Finally, create the space you’ve been longing for—to write, release, and reflect.

This class takes place ONLINE using Zoom.

Katalina (pen name, Katalina Maridi) is a certified mindfulness and meditation coach from Calgary, as well as a dedicated teacher and writer. She loves blending mindfulness practices with creative expression. In 2024, she self-published her travel memoir, Her Courage Compass, which chronicles her solo biking journey across Europe.
