Come learn how to prioritize your wellness and ward off burnout in order to thrive as a human being and a writer. In a mix of writing prompts, information, and group discussion, we’ll discuss why it’s important to separate our sense of worth from our productivity and how to build more creative practices into our daily routines.

In this session, we'll talk about grief and loss, and how these elemental feelings shape us as people and as writers.

You’ll leave this workshop refreshed and inspired, with new strategies for improved mental health and a stronger sense of your own writing identity. If you long to offer yourself more kindness and nurture to fill your creative well, please join us for some monthly self-care.

This program takes place online using Zoom.
