Instructor: Julianne Harvey
MEMBER PRICE: $20.00
NON-MEMBER PRICE: $40.00
Come learn how to prioritize your wellness and ward off burnout in order to thrive as a human being and a writer. In a mix of writing prompts, information, and group discussion, we’ll discuss why it’s important to separate our sense of worth from our productivity and how to build more creative practices into our daily routines. We’ll talk about the pressures we feel to work until we’re exhausted and look at why we need to build more rhythm and rest into our lives. In this session, our focus will be on strategies for keeping our lives (and our writing practice) organized. You’ll leave this workshop refreshed and inspired, with new strategies for improved mental health and a stronger sense of your own writing identity. If you long to offer yourself more kindness and nurture to fill your creative well, please join us for some monthly self-care.
This program takes place online using Zoom.
