Does your teen love writing? Well, do we have a camp for them! In this writing camp, we will spend a full week working with other writers to create worlds, characters, and plot, then turn it all into advanced projects like a novel or a full-length radio play. You never know how ambitious we'll get! Along the way, the participants will add to their writer's toolbox of skills, practice editing, and learn all about how they can get their own work out into the world. That said, we will also have adventures, go outside, explore, fly kites, go urban hiking, and play actively, among other things.
For this camp, participants need to love to write, do it actively and have the drive to get things done. On top of that, they must have the ability to work well with others through listening and leading.
Required equipment: An electronic writing device that can connect to the internet.
