Horror doesn't have to be long to be chilling. Some of the most unsettling stories are the ones that get in, get under your skin, and get out quick.
In this three-hour workshop, we'll explore writing horror in small packages using the uncanny, atmosphere, and imagery. We'll look at ways to subvert the familiar and build tension through what isn't on the page.
Whether you're new to horror or just looking to dive into creating it in smaller doses, this workshop will leave you with practical (and terrifying) skills.
This class takes place online using Zoom.
