Enjoy epic stories, live music, good food, and drinks at the 2026 Author Development Program Finale. Plus, talk with authors about writing & mentorship.
Join us for an evening of good stories, good company, good food, and libations, on June 10, 7-9pm, at the Wild Rose Brewery.
Celebrate the excellent storytelling with readings from Story Makers who are part of the 2026 Author Development Program (ADP), which is a creative writing mentorship program at the Alexandra Writers Centre Society (AWCS). It pairs authors who are working on novels and collections with established literary mentors.
Our Story Makers will be readings excerpts from their manuscripts. And, Story Coaches and Story Makers will be there for conversations and celebration on creative writing and mentorship.
Your ticket includes appetizers and live entertainment. There will be a cash bar, with beer, coolers and non-alcoholic beverages.
These writers have been working hard together since January to bring these literary projects to completion. Now, they are ready to showcase their stories.
