ONLINE Diverse Voices Roundtable – Jan 2022
January 17 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pmFree – $5.00
Welcome to Diverse Voices! This monthly roundtable includes a combination of focused discussion on published literature by writers who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), as well as opportunities to create new writing in response to the works and topics covered in the sessions. Writing discussed in this session may include poetry, fiction, and non-fiction, and there will be a strong focus on Canadian content. Diverse Voices Roundtable is a safe space for writers who identify as Black, Indigenous, or as People of Colour. Register in advance to receive pre-reading, although preparation and pre-reading is not required to participate. The goals and interests of participants will shape the sessions, so we always appreciate your suggestions for improvement. Facilitated by Samantha Jones.
