He’ll discuss the importance of camera placement, lighting, and Zoom tricks to help make your virtual sessions the talk of the breakout room.

Marty Chan writes books for kids, plays for adults, and tweets for fun. He’s best known for his hit plays Mom, Dad, I’m Living with a White Girl and The Bone House. A former writer-in-residence for the Edmonton Public Library, Marty is familiar with having to present to various ages and sizes of audiences. Thanks to the pandemic, he’s pivoted to online sessions and has developed a dynamic set of virtual sessions that engage kids of all ages. He lives and works in Edmonton.
