ONLINE Beginnings and Endings
Often, as a writer, a strong beginning and ending can make or break your story. In this micro-workshop, we will explore ways to begin a short story or long-form fiction piece to engage a reader and set up the narrative. We’ll also look at the impact of endings, and how you can end a story with maximum effect. We will read examples of beginnings and endings, and work through discussion questions as well as prompts to explore these craft elements.
This is an interactive workshop using the Zoom web conferencing platform.
