Manuscript Bootcamp (Evening)
Bring your fiction or creative non-fiction work-in-progress for an 8-week manuscript bootcamp designed to boost accountability, generate words, improve technique, problem-solve and blast through plateaus. Whether your manuscript needs to lean out or bulk-up, or if your practice simply needs an old-fashioned ass-kicking, Ali Bryan will draw on her years as a personal trainer to help you set achievable goals, sort through problem areas, and bring shape and focus to your craft. Through a combination of micro-lectures, writing exercises, word generation activities, workshopping and discussion, participants will strengthen their creative muscles and whip their manuscripts into shape. Programming will also be customized to meet the needs of the class. No burpees required.
No class on Victoria Day.
