Use the power of journaling for creative self-discovery. Unlock your potential, navigate through loss, deal with illness, help make decisions, express gratitude and just have fun learning some new methods of expression. Connect with your inner voice through writing and art exercises. Your journal is a safe space to express thoughts and feelings and transform them, a space to explore your creativity, a space to store your discoveries as a “work of art”.
Each class will include writing and art exercises, free fall writing, and time to incorporate elements into your journal. Some classes may include movement and/or meditation exercises. Please bring a notebook for free fall writing to the first class. We will discuss journal options during that class and then you can select and bring your chosen journal to the second class.
