Step into an evening where affection is celebrated through love letter readings, an art exhibit, a letter writing station and an impromptu personalized poetry corner.
READINGS
This isn't just about romantic love. The Art of the Love Letter will showcase the many faces of love. The night features a curated reading of love letters by the Romance Writers' Roundtable, followed by readings from our young members who will be sharing under the theme Love Letters to the World.
These tender and deeply human letters will be accompanied by an art exhibit, offering a glimpse into how words transform when on canvas, taking shape through colour, texture and form. Each writer will create a visual representation of their letter, with the gallery on display in the RGO Treehouse.
LETTER WRITING
Plus, explore your playful side with our letter writing station. It has everything you need to craft your very own love letter--romantic, platonic, poetic, or anything in between and out of the box.
(PERSONALIZED) IMPROV POETRY
Then, stop by our Impromptu Poetry Corner, where our Improv Poet, Peter Katsnelson, will spin your ideas, memories, dedications and musings into a personalized to write a poem. Take home a lovely piece of personalized art (or two!), for you or for your special someone(s).
This event is a part of the cSpace Showcase, themed Love Letters. Showcase features a collection of events held by organizations who operate out of cSpace Marda Loop.
