	The Alexandra Writers' Centre Creative Writing Courses Winter 2012 Online Registration for Writing Courses and Membership	Winter 2012 Creative Writing Courses Please note whether course is 8 or 10 weeks Write/Weight - 10 weeks A Novel Idea - 10 weeks Writing Science Fiction - 10 weeks Writing a Play for Lunchbox Theatre - 10 weeks Story Editing - 8 weeks Our Stories: Personal Essays with Public Appeal - 8 weeks Introductory Creative Writing - 8 weeks Saturday Seminars Weekend Writing Intensive Instructor Bios Registration Methods - Creative Writing Courses The methods to register for AWCS writing courses and membership are: Pay in person at the Alexandra Writers’ Centre Society office Pay during Registration Night at AWCS Online registration Non credit card users. Use the “Bill Me” registration function to fill out a membership and/or course registration online and receive an email invoice for payment by cheque. For online secure registration: register Visitors can set up a profile and login id Members can login to a Member's Only area Members and non members can purchase courses, memberships and other articles in our online store Payments online can use: Registration is confirmed Only when payment is received. Refund Policy - Winter Creative Writing Courses Registration is confirmed only when payment is received. Non-Members: Refunds will be given up to one week before classes commence, minus a 10% administraton fee. There will be no refunds after this time. Members: Refunds will be given up to one week before classes commence, minus a 10% administration fee. A member may withdraw from an 8 week class prior to the second class for a credit of $100 toward any 8 week course offered the next semester. The credit is forfeited if not used in the next semester. Minimum class size is 5 people, maximum 9. Courses may be cancelled if minimum registration has not been reached by four days before the scheduled start. All courses held at the Alexandra Centre.
