An art-fueled weekly workshop to help you heal, celebrate your identity, and reframe what wellbeing means to you. Each week is a new adventure; you can jump in at any time. Sharing your experience is voluntary, and know that whatever you do share is held in a safe space. No artistic experience is necessary; all materials are provided (including a workbook). Water and tea are provided.
