The biggest mistake a writer makes is being in a hurry.
The process of writing a full-length manuscript can take months to years of tirelessly plugging away, one word at a time. The time it takes to complete a manuscript is up to the writer. But what we see more often than not, is a writer rushing to finish, sending it out into the world too soon and either having it rejected by agents or publishers, or rejected by readers because the book isn't readable and then finding themselves deflated and broke. We want to help you through the process; we want your books to be successful; we want you to feel proud and confident in the product that you created. The Alexandra Writers Centre Society (AWCS) is an organization that proudly supports creative writers. We are not currently accepting manuscripts that are generated by AI. If we believe that a manuscript is AI generated we will return all fees with the exception of the non-refundable set up fee.
