6.00 The Artist's Way

For all writers and artists. As a group we will work through Julia Cameron's book The Artist's Way. We will engage in exercises and activities that spur the imagination and capture new ideas while unblocking obstacles on the path to inspiration and creativity.

Caroline Russell-King's plays have been produced many times in Calgary and across Canada. She is a published playwright - five plays with the Playwrights Union of Canada, and three anthologies. She is the co-author of Strategies - the Business of Being a Playwright in Canada, (with Rose Scollard.) the former vice-president of the Playwrights Guild of Canada, Caroline has taught workshops for many writers organizations, including Alberta Playwrights Network and the Alexandra Writers' Centre. She has just finished her second movie script with writing partners Arun Lakra and Wes Paul Sutherland entitled Based on a True Story.
